Mankah Tadfor is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with over 8 years of diverse clinical experience, ranging from women’s health to adult and geriatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University and her Master’s in Nursing from the University of New Mexico.

Mankah is deeply passionate about helping individuals maintain long-term health and prevent disease through education, lifestyle changes, and personalized care. As she’s grown in her career and life, her focus has shifted toward guiding others in building healthy habits and taking proactive steps in their wellness journey.
