Initial Consultation
$100 one time fee which will be applied to your first month’s medication cost if you choose a program.
This consultation covers:
- Basic Exercise and Nutrition Counseling
- Labs Included if needed (Labs can be drawn at any Lab Corp location of your choice. Labs Include: CBC, CMP, Thyroid Panel, Lipid Panel, HgbA1c, Insulin-Fasting.
- Lab Review: Client can also bring lab results if they were drawn within the last 3 months. If labs and health history are optimal, treatment will be initiated.
- Health History Assessment.
How the Program Works
We will start with an initial phone consultation to ensure that you qualify for the program. We will require that you have recent labs ( within 3 months). If not we will order labs that you need to complete prior to your visit.
• Before your initial consultation we will email consents , intake forms and questionnaires for you to complete
• During your initial consultation we will review your medical history, discuss your health goals, and do basic nutrition and exercise coaching. iThrive Infusion is partnering with Bodysite to help you in this journey.Once your labs are reviewed and you have no medical contraindications for our program, we can begin your tailored treatment plan.
• The monthly package will consist of treatment and a monthly follow-up. All medication will be delivered to your home. The medication includes a subcutaneous injectable peptide, that will be self administered once a week. Labs will be redrawn every 3 months, to ensure the optimization of your health.
• We have partnered with Bodysite . Wil provide you with customized wellness Exercise and diet plan. Although the medications will help you get to your goal weight, your overall success will require a lifestyle modification that includes healthy diet, stress management, sleep and exercise.TheBodysite app is customized to iThrive and to you .Through this app You will be receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance and lifestyle modification support and motivation. You will track your progress and also be able to communicate in real time with the iThrive staff .
Who Qualifies For Our Weight Loss Program
- To qualify for the program you must have a Body Mass Index Index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 30 OR a BMI of 27 with at least one weight related comorbidity (ex: hypertension, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, etc).
- Lab work will need to be at optimal levels. If certain lab results are abnormal, your PCP will need to treat and optimize your condition.
You may not qualify if you have the following:
• Personal or Family History of Thyroid Cancer
• Type 1 Diabetes
• History of Pancreatitis
• History of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome type 2
• Pregnant or Breastfeeding
